RETURNS AND REFUNDS

For all personalized items, once the creation process has begun, we cannot offer refunds or returns.

If your order does not conform or is damaged, we will replace it at no extra charge.

Please contact us by e-mail at contact@mxlab.fr within 15 days with photos and precise explanations so that we can identify and deal with the problem as quickly as possible.

For non-personalized items, the item can be returned intact, in its original packaging, at the buyer's expense.
