HANDCRAFTED PRODUCTION
We are a small passionate team and every order is carefully prepared in our workshop.
Currently, only one person handles the packing and shipping of parcels.
Because of this, shipping may occasionally take 1–2 extra days.
We always do our best to dispatch your order as quickly as possible and sincerely thank you for your patience and understanding 🙏
PRODUCTION AND SHIPPING TIMES
Once we've received your order, you'll receive the artwork by e-mail within 2 to 4 working days (don't forget to check your SPAM).
Once you've approved the artwork, we print, laminate, cut and pack your order for shipment. This process takes between 2 and 7 working days to guarantee the quality of our products.
Lead times may be slightly extended in exceptional periods.
100% of the manufacturing process takes place on our premises in France.
Indicative delivery times :
- 2 days to France
- 3 to 6 days to Europe
- 7 to 13 days to the rest of the world
