What the kit includes
Materials
We print on the same films as the factory motocross teams.
Print: Substance Ultracurve® X1
6 mil, or 152 microns. Ultra-aggressive acrylic adhesive, made to hold where a standard vinyl lifts. Its FLO™ technology creates channels that let air out while you fit it: no bubbles.
Laminate: Substance Ultracurve® 1500
15 mil, or 381 microns. Resists abrasion, debris and pressure washing. UV filters against fading.
Total: 533 microns. At most manufacturers, this thickness is a paid upgrade. Here it is the standard.
The special bases (chrome, holographic chrome, metallic, glitter) and the effect finishes are chosen above, at steps 3 and 4.
Installation
You do not need to be a bodywork specialist. Your kit arrives pre-cut for your bike: each decal matches a part, nothing to trim, nothing to adjust.
Before you start
Remove the plastics, clean them with degreaser, rinse and dry them carefully. This is the step people rush, and it is the one that decides how well the kit holds: on a greasy surface, even the best adhesive gives up.
While you fit
Place the decal dry, before you peel the backing, to check your position. Our FLO™ technology lets the air out as you go: you push the bubbles away with a squeegee (a flat plastic applicator), from the center to the edges, without trapping any. On sharp curves, a little heat softens the vinyl and helps it follow the shape.
Allow about an hour for a full kit, without rushing.
Shipping and lead times
Three stages, three lead times.
1. Your design proof: within 3 to 5 working days of your order, by email. Remember to check your spam folder.
2. Production: 2 to 7 working days after you approve it. Printing, laminating, cutting and packing all happen in our own workshop.
3. Delivery: 4 working days to France, 5 to 7 days to Europe, 10 to 14 days to the rest of the world.
Allow 5 to 12 working days before your parcel ships, then add the delivery time for your area. The only stage that depends on you is approving your design proof.
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout, based on destination and the weight of your order.
Outside the European Union, in the United States, Australia or Japan for example, customs duties and local taxes may apply on arrival. They are your responsibility and are not included in the price or the shipping cost.
Every order ships with a tracking number, created as soon as you order.
We are a small team, and one person prepares and ships the parcels. Now and then an order takes an extra day or two, and busy periods can stretch these times a little. We always do our best.
In a hurry? Tell us in the order note and we will do what we can to prioritize it.
Care
Your kit is made for riding. Sand, mud, debris, washing after a session: it handles all of it.
Cleaning: water and mild soap, with a sponge or a microfiber cloth. A pressure washer is fine, but keep it 20 cm away and avoid aiming at the edges.
What to avoid: solvents, fuel and strong degreasers, which damage the laminate.
Over time: When fitted and cared for properly, a kit lasts several seasons without yellowing or lifting. The matte finish shows marks a little more than the gloss finish.

The champion trusts us with his bikes
Gautier Paulin, champion and head coach of the French Motocross team, trusts us with the graphics on all his Yamahas.
In this video, he removes the plastics and fits a kit with us, in our workshop.
Printing
High-end print quality
Not a 3D render. A photo of kits actually printed in our workshop. These combine a chrome base and a matte finish: the chrome gives the colors their metallic depth, the matte removes the reflections.
Frequently asked questions
My plastics aren't original, does it still work?
Most of the time, yes. Replacement plastics usually keep the original dimensions, and the kit fits without any problem.
The exception is restyled ranges, such as Polisport Restyle: their shapes are different and need a specific template.
Tell us in the "Anything we should know?" field, at the Your bike step, with the brand and the part number if you have them. We check before we start anything.
Can the kit be removed without damaging my plastics?
Yes. Our vinyl comes off cleanly, without leaving marks or damaging the plastic. Warm it gently with a heat gun or a hair dryer, lift a corner slowly, and take your time.
This is one of the advantages of a graphics kit over paint: it's reversible. Your original plastics stay intact, which matters the day you sell the bike.
Can I order without customizing anything?
Of course. Customization is free, not required. If you like the design as it is, choose your base and your finish, add it to your cart, and we produce the kit in its original version.
You can also change just one detail, your number for example, and leave the rest as it is. Every field is independent.
What if I don't like the design proof?
We rework it. You receive your design proof by email before anything is printed, and you ask for as many changes as you need: colors, placement, patterns. Nothing goes to production until you approve it.
And if none of the versions suits you, we refund your order in full.
This step exists precisely because your kit is made for you: three rounds of emails are better than a printed kit you don't like.

More about this kit
The ROADBOOK SAND graphics kit covers your Kove 800X PRO completely. A contour-line pattern in sand and black, printed on 533 micron vinyl and pre-cut to the exact shape of your original plastics.
Contour lines are what you find on topographic maps, the one you read before you leave and follow on a roadbook. On the 800X PRO the pattern sits on the tank sides and runs up onto the radiator shrouds, where it reads best. Side panels, front fender, fork guards and headlight mask carry the same lines, tightened to the scale of the smaller parts. The KOVE name is left clear on the tank side.
Sand covers the large surfaces and black defines the outlines and the lower areas. The contrast stays measured: up close you read the pattern line by line, from a distance the bike takes on a single tone that blends into dry ground. It is the most understated of the three, and the one that shows dust the least. The same pattern is available as ROADBOOK KHAKI and ROADBOOK CYAN.
Your number, your name, your sponsors, your colors: all of it can be changed at no extra cost. We send you a design proof, and nothing goes to print until you have approved it. Kits designed, printed and cut in our own workshop.
